What this covers
This notice describes the public information website at bellroll.app. The examples and product images use fictional schools, students, clubs, and records. This website has no student account, roster upload, or student-data collection form.
An authenticated school service would need its own documented terms, data scope, and school authorization before using real records. This public notice does not establish that authorization.
Visiting the website
Our public pages do not include advertising or analytics tags. Cloudflare serves and protects the website and may process technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information, and the pages requested, to deliver and secure it.
Technical processing and retention by that provider are described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We do not promise that simply viewing a public page creates no technical records.
Contacting us
Contact links open your email application. If you choose to send a message, we receive your email address and the information you include so we can respond. Your email service and ours also process the message.
Please do not send student rosters, attendance records, medical details, passwords, or other sensitive information. A general description of your school’s workflow is enough to start a conversation.
You can ask us to correct or delete information you have sent to us. We will explain what we can do, including any limits relating to existing copies, provider retention, or obligations to retain a record.
A future school pilot
Before a pilot uses real student data, the school and Bellroll would need to agree on the purpose and permitted data, who has access, service providers, security practices, retention, and the process for correction, export, and deletion.
Product development and synthetic demonstrations do not replace a school’s legal, privacy, security, accessibility, and purchasing reviews. The public website does not represent that those reviews are complete.
